1. Digital Product Delivery

Best Licenses sells digital products, including spreadsheet templates, planners, trackers, dashboards, and other downloadable digital files.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped to the customer.

2. Delivery Method

After payment approval, access to the purchased digital product will be provided by email and/or through the product access page available on our website.

The customer must provide a valid email address during checkout to receive the order confirmation and product access information.

3. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes after payment approval.

In rare cases involving payment review, fraud checks, payment provider delays, or technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours after payment approval.

If your payment is still pending or under review, product access will be released only after the payment is approved by the payment provider.

4. No Shipping Fees

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, handling fees, delivery charges, or physical shipping methods associated with our products.

5. No Physical Shipment

Customers will not receive any physical package, printed material, USB drive, CD, or physical copy of the product.

All files and product access details are provided electronically.

6. Access Issues

If you do not receive your product access email within 5 minutes after payment approval, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders.

If you still cannot find the email or cannot access the product, please contact our support team at support@bestllicenses.com. We will review your order and help restore or resend access as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bestllicenses.com.

For security reasons, we may ask for order details to verify the purchase before updating or resending product access to a different email address.

8. Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our digital products available and accessible. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, or third-party service disruptions.

If access is temporarily unavailable, our support team will help restore access or provide an appropriate solution.

9. Refunds Related to Delivery Issues

If a delivery or access issue prevents you from using the product and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
